Las Posadas Community Sing
In our most ambitious Community Sing every yet, Las Posadas was a magical collaboration between Heritage Choir, Minnesota Orchestra, and Heart of the Beast Puppet Theater. We partnered with one of our community schools, Achieve Language Academy, and invited students and families to experience an evening of singing, community, and delicious Mexican food at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church before our El Mesias performance with Minnesota Orchestra. We had over 120 people at event, and sang bilingual villancicos, aided by beautiful life size puppetry that wove around the audience.
